One-Time Coaching Consultation:

This option is perfect for anyone needing guidance putting together a racing plan for either a road or trail race of any distance. During this consultation, I will get to know you personally, understand your goals, and ask questions so I will be able to prepare a training plan specific to your lifestyle and goals.

This one-time consultation requires you to be able to navigate a training program without weekly communication and/or advice. The training plan will be created for you at the start of your training and it will be up to you to execute it.

Includes:

  • Initial consultation/assessment (via phone or email based on your convenience.)
  • Evaluation of  future race/training goals and current running level.
  • A complete individualized training plan for the training season, with detailed workout descriptions (duration/distance, intensity/pace) – based on preference of number of days running, long run day, specific days off, and lifestyle.

12 week plan: $100 (Ideal for a 5k or 10k race)
16 week plan: $125 (Ideal for a half marathon)
20 week plan: $150 (Ideal for a marathon or longer distance. Most recommended for complete training cycle)

Online Monthly Coaching:

This option is designed to give you additional feedback throughout your training. You and I will have regular communication concerning your training and I update and alter your training plan as needed based on your performance and feedback. Communication is unlimited with this option. This option is ideal to stay fit, maintain steady endurance, and help you become your best in whatever goal you set for yourself.

Includes:

  • Initial consultation/assessment (via phone or email based on your convenience)
  • Evaluate race/training goals and current running level
  • Complete training plan with detailed description of workouts – duration/distance, intensity/pace – based on your preference of number of days running, long run day, specific days off.
  • Regular communication via email, phone, or Facetime/Skype to assess your training.
  • Race day prep

$125/month

Both options include an account on TrainingPeaks.com. This software program will allow you to access your training plan through their mobile app or on a computer.
